Apartment
The apartment is composed of a kitchen, a dining-room with TV and fireplace,
a bathroom and three bedrooms for a total of nine bed-places + one by request. every bedroom has a bathroom with shower.
The bedrooms are so formed: a double room + 1 bed on request, a triple room and a four-room (1 double bed; 1 bunk bed) with independent entrance.
Rooms
Our bedrooms, pleasant and comfortable, in a perfect Tuscan style are endowed with independent bathroom and central heating.
We have one double room, one triple room and a room
for 4 persons.
Conditions
For a week in the apartment the price of final cleaning is € 60.00. On winter period heating's price is calculated at use. The
linen from bath and bed is included in the price. The change linen at call comes carried out to payment.
For inferior stays to a week we pray you to contact us using the page of the contacts.
The price of the rooms comprises central heating, linen and final cleaning.
The animals are not admitted.
